K1PE-S Series is designed to meet the demands of a wide spectrum of clients in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, paint, printing press, automotive and other industries. It is used for packaging the products made from various materials, such as plastic, glass, metal, wooden and cardboard. Products of all types with tray and without tray are packed easily and safely. Production capacity is subject to product size, type of product, shrink film material and shrink film thickness.
Application
The operator manually inserts products into infeed roller conveyor and pushes by hand to sealing area. Press the sealer button to seal and cut the film. Through the new product pushes the previous product into the shrink tunnel. The polyethylene film tightly wraps product with temperature inside the tunnel and the film is cooled by the fan at the exit of the tunnel to take the form of the product. Besides provides a good image to the product, protects the products from abrasion, friction, scratch and dust during storage and transportation.
